Food sucked. Ordered build your own had to send it back. I ordered bacon pickles mushrooms. It came with grilled onions pickles . Then when I got it back the bacon wasn't fully cooked . I got a side if ranch it had hair in it. I will NEVER go back
They are the best I've ever had..a little pricey but worth it �

Good service but the food has really gone down hill!
Reading the other reviews, it seems as though there is some disconnect in the food preparation. Tonight my family and I went and I ordered the wedgie burger, medium rare. I got chicken. They graciously took it back. Comes out literally a minute later, so I assumed it just got mixed up, super well done. Our waiter, Kyle, could not have been more apologetic and engaged the manager, Ryan, who was also stellar. They did everything to make it right. Poor customer service. We asked for silverware. She brought us just forks. I wanted a knife to cut my burger in 1/2. Took over 45mins for food to come out. Our food seemed like it was sitting out before it was brought to us. Cheese was all congealed and fries were stale. Had to ask a few times for a refill on our drinks. It wasn't busy at all. We've had better service when they were busy.
My food was cold when it came to my table on my birthday. Had to send it back. When the manager brought my food it was good
