Sat there for over an hour with drinks, and 2 appetizers. We decided to eat dinner as a family, but something super quick...so we thought. My wife had to work at 4am, and she is totally exhausted. Our order was never even put in...smh! What a bummer
The food was awesome the service is a bunch of teenyboppers slow couldn't find the waitress in the entire restaurant if they had good service I would o back but third time in a row with shitty service
The food was great. I had the red Robin burger with bacon and egg. It was delicious! The waitress was friendly, but for the restaurant being a bit slow, we waited a long time for food, then refills on drinks, and then the bill. I wasn't in a hurry, but it was slow. All in all, good food, relaxed atmosphere and it was quiet in there.

I'm surprised at some of the comments on here. Me and my family came here last night an the food and service was great! And to top it off they were really busy. Usually when you get bad service in my case places are jamming with people an the employees are on over load J's.
Sent hamburger back, cold and middle was frozen. Had to wait anoher 20 minutes to get replacement. By then my family wanted to go! Red Robin has gone down hill in the last year.
Good food as always. Waitress was fast,courteous,and cute. Some of best unique burgers downriver.
