Every one is always pleasant
Love the food, but the service was very bad. Very slow. They lady was older and couldn't hear anything we asked her. She took forever to give us a refill on our drinks & fries. If I want eat at red robin again...we will be heading to the Novi location.
Turkey burgers and fries.
terrible service. soggy nasty cold food. waiter brought out our children's food 30 minutes before even the adult food was brought to table. waiters and waitresses playing around flirting holding hands giggling down aisle... bad overall service will not return management was poor handling complaints as well.
the burgers are very good
