I ordered the salmon dinner and the broccoli that came out was raw. They brought me out some that was cooked later but it had zero seasoning or butter. My sons macaroni & cheese came out in a dirty bowl. The server brought new but he didn't trust it to be clean and refused to eat it. Overall a very disappointing experience, we will not be back.
RecommendedGreat service and great food every time I go. Waitress came to check on my table at like the right times. Only thing bad I can say is, "Offer us frys while wait on our food. Also when we ask for more frys to please give us more then 10." Other then that everything else was great. Also really clean. 5 stars
RecommendedI made several calls to this Red Robin trying to settle a grievance I had during my last trip there. At first, I spoke with Trina, who was not helpful AT ALL. She basically just said she would send my message along to the GM and that I would receive a call from the GM. Two days later, I still had not received that call. So, I called again. This time I spoke with Joshua who settled my grievance within our 5 minute phone call. He actually seemed concerned about my complaint and wanted to help.
