RecommendedI had such a great time the service was amazing it was so clean in there and food was so good and done just the way we wanted and everyone was friendly also they followed COVID guide lines
Very disappointed. Our server kept saying how overwhelmed she was. We were not too demanding but she was slow to bring us ketchup even after us asking multiple times. She also didn't bring us silverware even after we had asked and walked away from us multiple times to tend to another table while ignoring our requests. She did apologize multiple times but still had issues bringing us the requested items. My sons Boneless buffalo wings were cold and had no flavor. Our waitress was amazing yesterday! Muskegon's location always has the best staff. They are so friendly and accommodating.

Royale burger is excellent
I do recommend Red Robin in Muskegon we go there often and have never had an issue or complaint about our food until last night..... we ordered to go ordered a burger and fries with an add on ceaser salad we did not get the ceaser salad and disnt realize it until we were home also ordered fish and chips that I couldnt eat because it was under cooked and soggy we have done take out multiple times during the shut down and never had this happen and always tip very well ots unfortunate because now I domt think we will order agai... read more
