Very good food...very good service...pretty pleasant experience �
Do not eat here if you have severe food allergies! My niece ordered a burger minus the bun due to severe allergies and when it was picked up, it had a bun. Asked them to remake it completely (noting that you can't just take the bun off) and returned a bit later to pick it up. Checked the burger and found bread crumbs! Really?

went there tonight for my daughters sweet 16 bday waited forever for our meals didnt get bottomless fries. food was burnt and they only had one server while the manager just walked around and didnt even help the server
The fries were cold and so was my burger. The food was presented terribly. The waitress never asked me if I wanted a refill on my drink. It took them way to long to cash us out. Overall a terrible dining experience. And this is for real, not a joke. Not mad at anyone, just the restaurant has really gone down since it opened in Muskegon, Michigan.
Both times I have ever been to red robin and I am not impressed. My burger had barely any toppings on it and I waited 20 minutes for a water, and she didn't even technically bring me one, someone else gave me the one she brought them and they didn't ask for. My fries were cold and definitely not bottomless.
I love the BLTA and the Garlic aioli for the fries!!
not sure what they have done over the past year but there burgers have gone downhill and the buns seam stale, sad that the chicken finger's tastes much better
