Had a wonderful experience with this location. First time to Red Robin. Fantastic food, wonderful service.
I get the onion ring tower every time and me and my girlfriend share it. It is fresh and delicious every time like all of the food I get here. I've never waited too long for my order. Great service

Tonight's experience was terrible. We got a carry out order and they were rude, almost being dismissive when we told them we were there to pick up an order. When someone finally brought us our order, my wife caught that they had completely forgotten my hamburger. It was so chaotic that she wanted to leave quickly. Unfortunately, we didn't check the entire order like we should have as they had left out my wife's soup.
Service was horrible food was good I think or was it because I waited so long for someone to notice us. And I was starving smh last time NEVER AGAIN!!!
