The description of the $8.00 tavern burger was totally misrepresented. Maybe 2 pieces of bacon on the burger. The service was awful what little bit I received. I had to get another waitress' attention in order to get a drink refill. The diet coke was flat. Again where is my bottom basket of fries.There were only 9 customers at the time I was there. I shall not be returning.
Slow service on the food. Waitress was friendly enough.
If I could rate it zero stars I would. Came in for lunch, not many customers inside, I waited 20 minutes for a waitress who never came. There were other waitresses there that knew I was waiting and never came to help me, just stared at me. Finally had to leave because I only had an hour for lunch. Got nothing to eat for lunch. The absolute worst experience I've ever had. Never going back there. As I can see, this is a common problem for this place. Maybe they either need new staff or new management.
I'd actually like to rate it lower!! I walked out!! It was filthy, tables & floors!! Not sure how it's rated 4stars!
I really liked my visit to red Robin's and I'll be back, the food was good, the waiter was good
Kelly was my awesome waitress, didn't take long for my food and she kept refilling my drink and fries. Food was good and service was excellent . No problems here.
Good burger choices and unlimited fries , kids always enjoy it . Can be crowded during peak times otherwise have never had to wait too long .
