Food was great! Service could have been better but, I'll give her a break because it was a pretty good crowd there. Drinks and fries both ran out before she got them to us!
The food was great! Our waitress, Penny was awesome. First time at Red Robin and good first impression. Will be coming back!
The drinks were great but after eating the � burger I had stomach trouble that night.. So go for the � drinks and roll the dice on the food..
Food is great, everything is always flaming hot and fresh. Would recommend to anyone who has never been as this was my second time in a week!
They definitely brought out the YUMMMMMM !! Burgers were great and the orange and raspberry cream sodas were off the charts !! <3 me some RR :)
First time there. Food was great. Service not so good. when my glass is empty for 5 minutes,not acceptable. Floors needed cleaning.
Name was on list to be seated but after several groups of 4 that came in after us, were called and seated before us we asked why we hadn't been called yet. The hostess said they had called our name several times. We were seated right beside the stand and heard other groups names called...but not ours? Really?? Service was slow and had to request clean silverware due to food still clinging to what was brought out the first time! At least the food was up to the standards we've come to expect from Red Robin.
This time the service was not good at all. Food was cold, waiter did not care. Just a bad day! Manager was rude!!!
