We were immediately seated and our drinks were prompt. It took 50 minutes to receive a hamburger and two kid's meals. Despite this, the wait staff was attentive and checked in often and the food was excellent.
My family and I came up from Florida because of the hurricane and came here for a late lunch. Our waitress Kat was AWESOME!!! We had a table of 7 crazy adults and children, our order was messed up and had to be changed, refills like crazy and numerous request and she handled herself perfectly! Amazing tableside manner. My husband clicked out of the survey when he paid, so I'm leaving it here. Definitely an asset to the restaurant!
Food was great but boy, was it slow. Not sure if it was the fault of the kitchen and being short staffed or what. Seemed like plenty of help for the 'front of the house' side, tho.
I don't have the opportunity to eat at Red Robin very often but, every time I have eaten there, the food and the service have been great. No complaints whatsoever!
Great food and great service. Love the Sombrero Salad. However, the one thing you need is WIFI!
I had the Royal Red Robin Burger and its the best!!! Service was great!
