Great burgers, awesome service, and a friendly atmosphere, you can't go wrong. Red Robins is my favorite place to eat in Roanoke
Service was ok and food was hot and fresh.

Was very excited to find out that you are offering very well done gluten free buns. I had the pleasure of a burger on a bun for the first time in 18 months. Gluten free bread is notoriously bad and those buns were good. The fact that I could also purchase a few to take home is also a great option. Thanks so much.
We usually drive from Lynchburg to this location for birthdays and special occasions. We like the new furniture and some of the new burgers, but the appetizers have gotten more expensive and now their "bottomless" fries aren't really bottomless. If you want any fries before your entree arrives, you now have to pay $1.99 for those few extra minutes of munching. Being a Saturday it was very busy.We enjoyed our food but had 2 wait 20 minutes b4 we could get more fries.I asked 2 different waitress 4 crayons & placemat 2 entertain our grandson while we waited.He still didn't get any.Not evn a balloon.This is a family restaurant. It could hve been better.Wont b goin bck anytime soon.
Went for dinner with my family last night. We waited an hour for our food and when we got it it was cold. It was obvious that the food had been sitting for awhile and we were forgotten. Our server kept disapeering for extended periods of time. Yes, it was busy but this was ridiculous. We were very disappointed. This is the first time I had been there since the re-model. I had better food and service then.
Food is always good!! Wish we had one closer to Appomattox/Lynchburg!
