Roanoke location, Valley View Mall, food & service was good, but the sweet tea was bad, sent it back, got water instead, but he never took tea off the bill, didn't notice til we got back home, not nice of him to not delete it @ $2.99! Not good practice!
A positive experience every time we come. I normally have a banzai burger, which is amazing, but this time I had shrimp and fish which was also delicious. The pretzel bites are spectacular.
Wow Red Robin...we came a few years ago and got cold food. We were told it has changed so we tried it again and after an hour of waiting on food our waitress came to us and said our ticket was lost in the kitchen and asked us for our order again... No thank you! Chick Fil A for dinner it is!!
It was teacher appreciation day, so I am very grateful for the free burgers. However, the place was half empty, yet we were told 45 minute wait. They were unprepared for the numbers, no one moved with a purpose, dirty tables everywhere. Our waitress slammed every dish and glass onto our table, let our drinks run out twice. I won't go back anytime soon.

Had lunch with a daughter in Roanoke and loved the burger and wings I had. Will go back again. Wish we had one where I live.
We were up in Va. the service was horrible . We didn’t get our Appetizer after our meal came. We had to ask for it. No fork or napkins to eat food With. The manager did take care of it after would.
They have the best burgers and the service is wonderful. I had a chicken sandwich for the first time and it was great.
I always love coming to Red Robin when I'm in Roanoke! I travel from Lynchburg where we really don't have much to choose from, good restaurant wise. I love Red Robins menu and the deals they send you in emails. We've had Kelsey as our server most times we've been there and she's friendly and does a great job and is always on top of things. We'll always be back!
