Took way too long to get anything and food was burnt when we finally got it. We were literally in the restaurant for almost an hour and a half before we got food and only in the lobby for 10 minutes. I'd rather have a McDonald's burger than go back there again.
burger burnt completely Black cook put a slice of cheese on it to hide it was replaced by manager. it seems that all burgers are now cooked well done. I dont like meat with the taste cooked out of it. will have to find something other than hamburgers to eat if I go back
I've neve been impressed with their food. It's also beyond me why they always seem to have a lobby full people AND many many open tables.

Food was cold, improperly prepared and took 45 minutes to receive at table. Serving staff great. Not so kitchen staff.
The fish was rubbery, the fries weren't hot, and no salt or pepper on the table.

Left after 40 minutes. We sat, out of ddrinks for 20 minutes. Called the server twice on the computerized station. No response. When server finally appeared, he informed us that our order had been LOST! Worst experience, ever. Outside other patrons were highly upset and complaining with similar experiences. One lady said she had been there for over two hours.
Love this restaurant! Always have had hot fresh food and wonderful waitresses.
