Tonight was our worst experience EVER! a 15 minute wait for a half empty restaurant. 10 mins after we were seated our server came yto see if we were ready to order drinks and meals as the kitchen was really backed up. Food was okay, absolutely nothing to brag about. Waited for about 45 minutes for my free birthday burger. They lost it and it had to be re-made. I didn't receive the ranch that I requested or eating utensils. I would've requested a refund but it was FREE!!!
This one in specific has the worst service the past year!
food was good as always my only complaint was I had to ask for straw and when it came it came wrapped in a paper towel not in its own sterilized wrap. I had no idea where the straw came from and I'm not putting it in my drink
I like the food and the people are friendly. However this location is extremely slow! Dinner for 2 took us 1 hour and 20 minutes. We only had burgers and fries. Don’t even try to go unless you don’t have other plans! I will probably go back at some point but very disappointed food took so long.
