Try caring about your patrons. Didn't get any napkins. Server said you don't have any napkins and it stayed that way until much later when we were able to flag down our waiter for drink refills. Got our seconds on fries as we were ready to leave. Burgers were good but had to wait too long for them. Hardees would have just as good and cheaper also.
This place is highly overpriced for what you get, the best thing they could do is go out of business.
Service was bad, food was cold, no refill on soda or water,
Food isn't that much better than McDonald's. Service is poor. Our waitress left my drink on the bar until I got up and grabbed it myself. It was all watery on the bottom by that point and she never even checked on it. When I went to pay she asked me if I wanted my change. I said yes then she proceeds to pocket all the cents and only bring back the dollars. I'm not bent up over 40 something cents, it's just extremely bad etiquette for a waitress to do that.
We had been seated for 10 minutes and no server came to our table, one even immediately approaching the table who got seated behind us 10 minutes after us. We had to tell a server to even get someone to serve us. The manager didn't offer to do anything about it besides him handle the table himself. His demeanor wasn't even apologetic or nice. Then, my chicken sandwich was undercooked and pink! All the manager did was take off that meal, because at that point I didn't even want another one. Never going back here.
good food done right the bottomless root beer float is great
Usually great food great service this time hubbys bday & service was slow & half the food was cold. Had it not been for the manager Rad the whole evening would’ve been ruined. If Rad had not spoke to us b4 we left I’d never go back. I told him I’d think about it & I will.
Thought I’d give them another try! Wrong!! Now I remember why I will never eat there again!! Poor service, food quality was pathetic and the wait for food was ridiculous!
