RecommendedBradley was a fantastic server and the food was very good. A great time was had!!
waited in line ( was no line) for 20 min with my 3 daughters never got acknowledged sat at a booth got up walked around and left poor management poor customer service
Good service, friendly atmosphere
We were seated almost immediately. That was the good part and from there it went downhill. The area we were seated in was freezing cold and the air was blowing directly on us. We complained numerous times and were told that the entire restaurant was this way. Then came time to order. I love Red Robin... most of the time. This was the worst mushroom cheeseburger I’ve ever had. Greasy, cheese wasn’t melted, and the mushrooms were slimy. Not happy at all.
The service and quality of the food here is truly atrocious. I generally like Red Robin restaurants, but this one is just awful. My daughter loves going there mainly for the Mac and cheese and milkshakes. Every time we've gone, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The service has been poor every single time. I'm talking the hostess and servers don't even know how to properly greet a table, and forget about actually taking good care of the customer. Food is subpar. I've received cold fries. Slow and bad customer service. I had to remind the server to refill our drinks and fries. I felt like we were unimportant.
