Went for birthday lunch, it was sad. the person who opened the door wasn't happy she was working on labor day (I felt her pain) . we tried to ask someone for more napkins and he literally ignored us ( it's not our fault you guys aren't happy to work on labor day). and the food was sad . we got charged entertainment fee for a game we didn't play. total scam.manager want us to come with the receipt to the store to give us that fee back. what a joke.
Every time we are in Cville we come to this Red Robin! The burgers are so yummy, the beer is good and we get the best service! Thanks Christina H. for always being a great waitress! (P.s. We tried the Roanoke RR once, it was awful.)
Food was good, service is awful!!! Took forever to get our food, waitress forgot dressing for our salads and then forgot to bring us the dressing. Drinks weren't refilled. Check took forever. Manager was nowhere to be found.
Vast improvement over past visits. Friday evening and busy, but seated promptly. Order taken right away. No long wait for food. Helpful servers.
Takes forever to get your average food. Everything seems dirty.
Although the restaurant was not particularly busy earlier this week, it seemed under staffed. We were seated in the back and sat unacknowledged for over 10 minutes. When a server finally walked into the room, she mumbled that she would be with us soon. The next time we saw her, she was at another table taking an order from a party that had arrived after us. We got up to leave, walked all the way to the front of the restaurant and saw no workers. No one at the bar, no one on the floor, and no one at the host/hostess station. ... read more
This is one of the worst places I've been to. One waitress is doing the work of six. While I watched several staff stood around with their thumbs up their butts.
