We went around 3pm on a Wednesday and had amazing service! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful!

The food is excellent! Between the gourmet burgers and the onion rings I can not find this kind food anywhere else as good as the Red Robin! It was my birthday and they gave me a wonderful birthday with their hospitality and service
Over the years I've visited several Red Robin locations and consistently had bad experiences. Once moving to Chesapeakewe visited this location and could hardly believe it was a Red Robin. We now consistently have very good experiences at Red Robin.
If you order take out you are put on hold and when you pick up your food they make you wait extra long to check out even after you ordered the food in advance. Dinning inside you can't hear yourself but that's to each his own preferences.
