My first time at red robin, and absolutely loved it..it was a great experience for sure..the entire staff members were so nice and friendly which made my dinning so amazing...great place to eat,and the food is mouthwatering...if you haven't been there yet I highly recommend you do get your red robin on...you won't regret it...
Used to love this Red Robbin. Because of where we live, we do not go often. We went this time to satisfy a craving. Our server was friendly, but very slow. It took her over 10 minutes to get our drinks, and longer than that to get us drink refills. Our tower of onion rings was NOT fully cooked, they were soggy! Red Robbin changed the size of burgers. Very good turkey burgers and bottomless steak fries, but the service is super slow. This is my third time going on my one hour lunch break and you can't get in and out in an hour. Red Robin needs to have more servers during lunch time!
Incredibly slow. This wasn't supposed to be an all afternoon thing. Very dissatisfied.
