got banzai salad it was bad two tiny pieces of pineapple. did no see any almonds, the waiter did not bring my garlic toast eve I asked for it. chicken was OK. 10. 49 dollars for a very bad salad is not good I don't want to go back.

The restaurant was nice and clean, the waitstaff very attentive but my food was horrible. Cold, limp bacon, overly salty and the burger so greasy that the ciabatta roll dissolved into mush. If it had been a weekday with fewer people at lunch I would have sent the whole thing back. We also had our 4 year old grand daughter with us. I'm not very happy with the Customer Service (or lack thereof). The food was good, but our party had to wait over two hours to get seated. January 29, 2016 we had a party of 20 and arrived at 6:30 pm to get seated over 2 hours later. A party of 8 was seated before us even though we were there first. By the time we were seated around 9pm, 12 people were left in our party. I gave 3 stars as the food was decent and the waitress was good, but prioritizing our party never happened.
Had THE BEST burger here. They were also happy to accommodate my son's food allergies and he gobbled his food up.
Great service and the food was terrific. I'll definitely be back.
Just thought I put this out there to people that like Red Robin. I've been a loyalty member for over 4 years and my family has eaten there three to five times a month for the entire time. The last time I went my loyalty printout said 20% off until 11/13/15, however, while trying to check out the system would not honor the 20% and I was told by the manager that was only during lunch. I think that it is sad that 2 vets come here to eat and wait over an 1hr to sit and then wait over an 1hr and a half for food that taste like it came out of a microwave. Talked to mngr and does nothing.
First visit, food was excellent,service a little slow, but would go back
