Incompetent employees, management is a joke . Signed in for a party of nine ,5 adults 4 children , sat there for an hour never called my name just sat another party down at what would have been our table. Will never step foot in a red robin again. I cant remove the the one star big zero
Just had a horrible experience. Found a hair in my sandwich and still had to pay for it!!!
I want to thank my server Andrea at this location from the bottom of my heart. I came here with my son after running some errands. After a wonderful meal I realized I didn't have my wallet and began to panic. The only thing I had was my checkbook. I told her I had no idea where my wallet was and if I could write a check. She talked to a manager and they came over to me a moment later and told me not to worry about the meal we had just ate. I wanted to cry. Recently went with a friend,,food is mediocre,,service was ok,,waiter was a little too aggressive,, floor had food and napkins on it in spots,,wasn't busy enough not to have someone cleaning up a bit,,not sure if I'd go back

Went to Red Robin today for their free Veterans Day burger! Wow! The wait was 20 min (super fast considering the volume of people) the food came fast and was delish! AND the service was AWESOME! Thank you so much Red Robin from our little Navy family!
Ordered the spinach artichoke dip appetizer and got a tiny tea cup of the dip and like 12 chips. This was $7 and suppose to be for more then one person? Ridiculous
