Service was great this was my second visit first visit I had the cod sandwich and sweet potato fries delish , second visit I had a mushroom burger it was ok but a little dry and need more cheese.
Love Red Robin. Visit everytime I am in Chesapeake.
Hubby and I went for lunch our first time Our waitress was great, and the food was awesome, we will go back
The food was good but the waitress we had didn't have gpod customer service at all
Waitress was unfriendly to begin with. It took 20 min to get the fried piclkes..that were cooked in dirty oil.. they were disgusting! My burger was well done.. as ordered I guess burnt is the new well done..pardon me for not liking pink in my burger! Kids meal was just as bad. Manager was apologetic and took 10 bucks off bill but we will not go back. Food was not worth the wait or price and staff was almost rude.
Good food but pretty noisy. Had the chicken tortilla soup and it was the bomb! For his birthday, John had the burnin' love burger
