The food was great. But, the service sucked. My wife asked for water, didn't get it. My daughter asked for extra ranch, didn't get it. I asked for fries and onion rings, didn't get the fries. Had to ask several times for napkins before we got them. Took forever to get refills on the never ending root beer floats. I was on vacation and will not go there next time I am.
It was my 1st time eating there, I had a bacon cheeseburger,fries,& a freckled lemonade
The first waitress we had was very nasty/rude and gave us terrible service. Now John the waiter was amazing always asked us if we needed anything or wanted anything he was our 2nd waiter and the manager was amazing also so overall if we had a good experience the first time around it would have been okay.
Service was awesome, food was amazing. My new favorite restaurant!! Wish we had one in Elizabeth City, NC!
Waiter john was not friendly and barely came to the table my nephew was out of his soda before we got the food and did not get a refill till I asked right before we left food was ok
The food was great our waitress was excellent 👍🏼‼️
