If you like your buns cold, your tea watery, your special request ignored, your coffee coming cold and then in a dirty cup and if you like tracking down your waitress (Emily) for evrything then by all means - eat here!! Even was initially charged for that watery tea i sent back!
When we came in, we were told the wait was 15 minutes, 30 minutes later, we were finally seated. Looking around the restaurant, the vast majority of tables were empty, yet the lobby was packed with people waiting to be seated. Usually this place is just fine but my visit yesterday (3/29/18) was not so great. My waiter was just wanting to go home or something because he took his sweet time getting us anything. He had maybe 2 other tables so he wasn't busy. I ordered a new drink they had and it came back so watered down. It looked like it had been sitting for awhile before he finally brought it to me. Horrible service. We came in for a table of 6 (3 adults, 3 children) and was told the wait was going to be 25 minutes. So, I sat and watched as they seated a table of 4, then a table of 3, and finally a table of 5 . So, I walked through the restroom to survey seating, just to see my openings. Even spoke with the manager who told me they were preparing my table...preparing it for what? We went for family birthday celebration. It was great the food was awesome and our server Kim was even better.
Nice family oriented place. My turkey burger was delicious.
Trainer Becky who served us rolled her eyes because she gave the wrong plate to the wrong member of my party. She turned and started to leave the table, I said excuse me, she rolled her eyes again?!!!! Paying over 10$ a burger customer service counts!! And she's training other employees to act the same way!?!? Management really needs to check their employees before putting them in a position of authority!! Your going to lose customers!!!
