My husband and I eat here about once a month. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. It is always busy but service is usually good. We will be back. My favorite burger, Mad Love, is back!
Our server René was absolutely amazing! She checked on us multiple times and her service was on point! �
I had the gourmet cheeseburger. It was cooked just right and tasted great. I wish they would do something to liven up their fries, battered or seasoned or both.
The service always seems short handed whenever we go. They say limitless fries, tortilla chips, etc but what good is it when it takes forever to get them? Took 20 minites to get a beer! Its a tap beer not a mixed drink. Maybe they should hire more wait staff and bartenders. Server was nice but you could tell ALL of the severs were overwhelmed! Prices are high too. I think we are done with going there. Will hit the local pub for burgers for now on.
It was a good first time, most def be back. It was busy, so took a little time for the waitress to get to us. Once we ordered food came out quick. Very satisfied!
I've been twice, there won't be a third visit. The restaurant was filthy, bathrooms were disgusting, my booth seats were dirty when we were seated. Our server was ok.....I still left 20% because we all gotta eat. My son didn't eat his fries and that's a staple in our house. Definitely needs an "Undercover Boss" to visit......
Ordered the barbecue chicken wrap , got delivered on a bun, was told they were out of the tortilla wraps, was disappointed
