The server we had was not pleasant from the first time she walked up to our table. When she came back with our silverware and napkins they were wet and dirty, she tossed them on the table. We immediately asked the manager for another server as that is just not acceptable, you are in service....try smiling. Our new server was nice, she smiled and made sure the rest of the meal was good.
The service was good. I was a little disappointed in the quality of my fish $ chips. It was obvious from the color and taste that the oil that the fish was fried in was past its useful life. The outer shell was dark and had a rancid taste. This will not deter us from returning but the fish was just not up to the usual standards.
Great food and friendly staff made for a nice family outing!
My burger was cooked to my medium rare perfection!!! Bottomless fries ** and the server kept them coming**.. Delicious Dinner...
Why am I setting here with a bottom to my bottomless fries AND drink while the host who works the seating is now setting here getting fries, drinks and someone to wait on him??? You let me down this time Red Robin... ya let me down!! Service SUCKS
