Our food was dry burnt no flavor and very nasty...we don't get to go out much and BC we have our kids..I don't get y everyone thinks ur burgers r good. U can't cook them how people like them and the service omg they need to learn how to take stuff of the table when the customer r done..but no she never did that..so we will never eat at ur restaurant again.
Went to Red Robin tonight and an episode of the Simpson's was on. My six year old grandson was with us. I asked for the channel to be changed...The manager's response was, "We don't have a remote" to change the channel. We left...What happened to family values?
The food is good as a staff always helpful. Like the atmosphere.
We'd give less if possible. From the service to the food the awful manager this restaurant was such a disappointment. There was an avocado shell in my salad. The food took forever, our server ignored us, and when we complained to the manager about the avocado shell he didn't do anything. Just said a sorry and walked away.
