this burger joint has been our Birthday dinners for our family for over 10 yrs and sadly we no longer will use Red Robin for our Birthday dinners...the food is never cooked right..endless fries but they only give a little cup full to start and then takes forever to get more and the service is like the food ....not worth the high prices...

Worst service in the world. Hamburger was burnt, waitress was soooo slow and the worst part is she kept trying to rush us to get out. They sit in the same dining room as the customers and have their meals and they are served before we are. Not again....
Never again!!! We have used the rewards card for over a year, no one EVER told me it wasn't registering my purchases....I was even told Saturday that my next burger was free! Well....I went in yesterday and was told not only was it NOT free, there is no record of any transactions. What a joke of a program!!! Such a shame, bc the food was good but they have very poor service!
Worst place to dine ever .. The food was awful, the service horrible , the hostess was rude and to top it off the manger was not very nice either ..
4 visits in 4 weeks. I haven't had the same burger twice yet, and they were ALL delicious. Also, BIG thumbs up to the wait staff for remembering us and knowing we like a lot of fries (gthey brought us a serving to share while we were waiting for our burger).
Do they still have unlimited frys when you go and get a burger again. I haven't been in so long.. I'm just asking
