The food and service was terrific. I can't register my rewards card. I got caught in a loop and can't get my rewards!
I gave Red Robin an excellent rating because I truly don't know what they could have done to make my experience any better than it was. I ordered the royal burger, the one with the egg, bacon and cheese, medium on a croissant! That's right I said it, a CROISSANT! Try it! I placed my order with my drink order. It came right out! I devoured the sandwich because it was scrum-diddly-umptious!! My waiter brought me the bill, I paid and left like it never happened!! Ha!! Good times. Couldn't have asked for better!
The Double J Mac n cheese burger was surprisingly outstanding! I wasn't expecting to be wow'd, but when I took the first bite I was hooked...it was a very tasty burger.
Hands down the worst Red Robin I've ever been to. The service and food were equally bad.
Service here was terrible. Waitress barely came to our table and the place wasn't even busy. Took probably a good 15 minutes before we got drinks and even longer for the appetizer. Food was warm at best and the burger was way over cooked.
