New bldg to small and loud more expensive food and poor service..gave them two chances and will NOT be back
Terrible service, burgers got way too small, staff had no idea, should have left things alone in this case, change is bad. Wake up guys you have competition, and they, re better than you. You were always how are favorite but no more.
The food and service has always been top notch. And I'm loving the new building.
I miss the old building and staff! Everyone i have talked to hates the new place!! Sad:(
Food was horrible and took way to long to get our food and drinks. We didn't get any refills on our drinks. This has happened more than once and we will not be coming back. It's sad because we use to love red robin.
Okay. When red robin was in their old building I had a problem with food or service 2× in all the years I had gone; and I've gone alot. Since they've moved to the new location I've gone twice; once with my daughter and once with my parents. My parents have gone 3×. To say I'm less than impressed with them is an understatement. I worked for Red Robin from 97-01, I ate the bleu ribbon burger everyday. I went to red robin back in mid december and it was the worst bleu ribbon burger. It was the first time I had ever been disappointed seeing that every day I worked I ate one and I am not kidding, sometimes a california burger but even if I did I would order a bleu ribbon to take home. Love the new atmosphere. Even something for the kids to do besides cry while we wait for a table!!
This new location is ridiculous. It felt like a crowded cafeteria with an untrained staff. The food was good, but the service and atmosphere leaved a lot to be desired. When your waitress tells you that you cannot have a knife because they're all dirty... you know it's not going to be a good night. Not planning on going back anytime soon.
