The very best customer service. The food very tasty. I recommend to all. A friendly pleasant atmosphere. Our favorite hangout to watch the Zags, Gonzaga basketball
Was o.k. Food. Got a little extra in one of our meals, egg shells in the A1 burger. The burger wasn't very good either. The worst part was the manager came out to see the eggshells in the burger and said it couldn't have happened there. Well I guess he was saying we brought them? Will NEVER go back. Very expensive for burgers and beers. Tried to get on their website to complain to corporate and that did not work either. DONT GO HERE.
I like red robin burgers but the Bee's knees burger was a miss at least for me the waffles sweetness was way too much and the jalapeño aloi sauce did not mix well with said sweetness. Unless your adventurous stick to the classics like the Tavern Burger
I always enjoy my visits to Red Robin. Most often I am in the company of my mother. As usual, the service is outstanding; the food is beyond scrumptious; the atmosphere is friendly; seeing former students is the best part of my visits. Keep up the good work Red Robin. Looking forward to my next visit!!
I have always loved red Robin, but this last time I was far from impressed. My Caesar chicken wrap was way smaller than normal, it was missing the dressing, and our fries were cold. My 7 year old was happy with her chicken, but not the fries, but she doesn't know better. I hope this isn't how is going to be always�
I would definitely say that the food was great and so was the service. We were in and out in about 30 minutes because of the speed of the chefs and servers and our food was piping hot. The only thing that I didn't really care for was the fact that we ordered an appetizer and we received that relatively quickly, but within 5 minutes of having it delivered, our main order followed and we had barely touched our appetizer when it came.
Waited, nobody came to our table to serve us. After 15m we left.
The waiter was the only one that saved the day about my experience at Red Robbin. And great food, so the cooks as well. The ones who hang around up front and seat people need a little work. You don't tell somebody that they will reserve 35 seats and when you get their, it is to hard to even get 25 seats. Half your party is seated waiting for everyone else to be seated.
