Food is yummy but servers need to be Nicer, remember I'm tipping you by the way you are treating me! Made me late for work because the server didn't have my check ready and the system was Froze! And that I did something to log her out computer? Are you the working there or me that I'm your costumer!�
It was very busy b, but we got right in. We got drinks right away. Our food was fast and delicious.
Just want to give shout out to our server tonight, Justin! He did a great job putting up with our group. Thanks for the kind service and smile.
Food was good, but service was bad, ask for tefill never got it, ask for more fries never got it. Was never asked if we getting dessert. But prime rib dip was excellent, purple poppin lemonade was delicious.
So I just can't let this go. Every time I think about my experience from Thursday it upsets me. I took my niece here for a birthday lunch. I walked in and the lobby was busy of course. However, that is not my issue. There is always a wait. The hostess started seating people. A few minutes after I was put on the waitlist, three Caucasian women and a few kids walked in. We visit Red Robin pretty frequently. It’s always good, my kids love it and it’s a good atmosphere. We went in to have lunch today and were sat down immediately. We sat there for 20 minutes and not one person came to greet us, take our order, say “someone will be right with you”. NOTHING. Mind you, I have toddlers and after 20 minutes of not even having a drink to drink, they were irritated. I was irritated. We left without anyone ever acknowledging that we were there. We will not be back. �
