ignored by servers... took forever to get refreshers.
Our server was Jamie. While eating we watched the Dodgers playoff game on the big tv. All through out, service continued to be Very attentive, polite, professional, very good service... good food... burgers were juicy... big.... filling.....endless refills on the beverages.... AND .curse those bottomless fries.. Ha Ha What's NOT to like? going back again & again...
My husband and daughter when to have lunch today and found mouse droppings on the booster seat!!!! Thank goodness they did not order food and left.

I tried out the order on the internet with the curbside service. The order was to be ready at 4pm. At 4 I called the number on the sign. The guy who answered said he would let the "Service specialist" know I was there. It was 102 degrees outside and my A/C isnt working. So I wait and wait and wait. I decide to call again at 415p asking when they will be out. The gal that answered said they didnt know I was here and told me she would let them know. So about 5 mins later, here comes my order! Best veggie burgers �
Called my order in and got there my food “wasn’t ready” mind you after waiting for an hour, I get my food, fries are cold and burger is soggy. Not one person apologized for the crappy service and long wait time. This hasn’t been the first time I’ve had a bad experience here enough for me to put a review. It’s upsetting.
