Had a nice lunch. The staff was attentive and friendly
I had ordered curbside to go. my order was suppose to be ready at 7:40 so I called then. I had to call 5 times before anyone showed up! It was about a 12 min wait and they didn't even review the food before handing it to me. I get home, and find out that they forgot part of my order so I drive all the way back and had to call 3 more times for an answer!!! waited another 5ish minutes and by the time I got home for the 2nd time my fries were cold. SMH
amazing food and great service
my husband is vegan, so he always orders a vegan burger. i’ve always loved the Banzai burger, my favorite! i would eat at Red Robin over Miners any time! their burgers may be huge, but Red Robin burgers taste better! my husband has a loyalty card, and it was his birthday, so he got a free burger! also, our waitress was sooo nice and friendly. i didn’t catch her name, but we really liked her a lot! she made us feel welcomed, at home, happy, and like she knew us! i also love how they acknowledge us from the moment we walk into... read more
service partners? really? confusion among them and us as customers, wrong orders, lack of a connection to the one waiter/waitress style... I've not heard many say they like it. nor do they like knowing the tip is split among others who did not get the orders and deliver them accurately and completely. go back. or we won't.
