The food was good and the waitress very accommodating.
Just went to Red Robin to eat lunch. Never had the chance to order. Sat there for over 10 minutes and no server ever came to our table. Asked the hostess and she said someone would be right there...never came. Used the thing on the table to request a server...never came. Got up and walked out. Disappointing because there's not a lot of choices of places to eat in Yakima and now there's one less!
Great service! Would definitely go back! Server was fast and attentive.
Sadly, it was a less than pleasant experiance. My BTLA was very short on bacon, very heavy on lettuce. The service was dismal. When the waiter did grace us with his presence, it was as if we were an after thought. This is the first time I've been dissapointed in Red Robin.
we went last night . Service was awesome. Waitress was great.on top of things.she kept coming back.to see if we needed anything.the food was so good.first time at the one at Yakima wa.borth our hamburgers.was so good ..onion rings were so good.on top of that we used our red royalty card and got 20 % off our bill.we go every year for are birthday. Usually the one in Portland or.we've always had good service at borth places.my birthday is next month .for my birthday. think they great service.thanks red Robin.for a great night.... read more
My three kids and I all love the food, variety of menu and wonderful customer service!
So bummed I took my girlfriend for not only Valentine's Day lunch but it's also her birthday and she wanted Red Robin we order our food and my burger comes out wrong without sauce and hers comes out with a big hair in it what we brought it up to the manager he had no problem with taking the burgers off our bill but we feel it still felt cheated that we had to pay $17 for drinks and appetizer when we essentially left their hungry , our waiter was nice but it's still a bummer to disappoint your girlfriend on her birthday and V... read more
