My husband and I had good service and our waiter was very good with checking on us periodically. I would come back again.
After watching wait staff walk around us for 15 min I finally asked the hostess for another table that has a waitress. The hostess took our order. Finally another waitress came and apologized . Said there was some confusion. Food was average as normal. Soon my daughter will outgrow this place and I won't have to return!
Someone said not to go, bad service. BUT......We had a great time. Cassie was our server, very personable and prompt. Great food too! Just what I expected from them. Will be back as often as I can!
I'm gluten free and I can gone here and eat a burger and have s beer just like everyone else. And it's really awesome food. Yum!
Horrible service and rude waitress we had tonight. Not happy at all. We use to be loyal customers.
The new Red Robin has super poor customer service. They have these new tablet things you can order drinks & such on now which takes away from good service. The food quality has changed. And even with the call the server button it still took them forever to come take our order- with little ones with us. Then the server knocked over the meals and we had to wait longer!
Ever since the new location has opened, I will only order to go because the service has been sub par every time I go. I wouldn't have thought a building would change the way the business was ran.. We used to go very regularly too.
They don't have my favorite burger anymore and wait to tell my wife they can make her favorite food, from there, until long after she ordered. Also, some busser threw away my daughter pacifier within two minutes of us stepping out. Thanks guys! Lovely place.
