I can't even offer any stars because we weren't even served when we came in to dine. We sat and enjoyed watching an employee sitting in an unoccupied booth texting for 15 minutes while we waited for a server. I then went to the hostess stand and asked for someone to serve us. We waited another five minutes before we decided our business was unimportant to them. There is clearly no leadership and management is not teaching the importance of customer service. Waiting area is horrible, way to small. 5 people "hostessing," it only takes one (I did it before), cramped, chaotic, and it was the worst food we've ever had there. We ate there once a week before as it is close to home, so we are very very disappointed. Peppercorn burger was burnt to a crisp and the bacon was raw. The prime rib for the prime rib dip was all fat. And we are not picky people. I think some regrouping is in order!
Have had really piss poor service every time I go. The kids there just don't have a clue about "customer service" and would rather congregate and chat in the kitchen. By the time they get done they have forgotten what you needed or asked for. My recommendation: try a different resteraunt like Bob's Burger and Brew or even Burger King.
Poor service from people who think check is more important than customers needs-dirty tables, no napkins etc. I normaly tip but not today. I'll go somewhere else for better service.
Disappointed in RR again. Take me awhile to come back to this one. Even when the new one is built, probably same issues just in a new building
