Legit the worst experience I've ever had at Red Robin ever.
This is the first time I've had an issue at this restaurant. Waiting 20+ minutes for some more of their bottomless fries, and by the time they came they were cold and rubbery. We ended up getting a to go box, which took another 8 minutes for the waitress to bring. My Long Island was pretty weak, and I've gotten them here before and was pleased. Food was great but...... service was bad. Ordered drinks like margarita & took 20mins or longer to get.
Called yesterday to see if we could reserve a table for 8 today. They don't do reservations but was told to call 30 minutes ahead to get on the list. Called today 30 minutes in advance only be told that at least one person from the party has to be in there in person to get on the list. When I asked to speak to a manager to see what was going on I was told they shouldn't have told to call ahead and there was nothing they could do. Will never be going to red robin again.
