Service was okay. Food lately is so bland. I've tried a few RR's but they're all getting this way. Time to stay away from the commercial restaurants and sick with the mom and pop small business's.
Had Michelle and Lindsey waiting on me tonight they were excellent in their customer service I would recommend them anytime they were on top of everything and so helpful and graciously helping me choose a Burger of my choice for tonight thank you so much ladies I appreciate it very much and will be back very very soon
Slow service, sticky floors, ketchup bottle was empty, food took forever
My daughter was to go for her bday and our server Pj was a hoot..He very delightful and patient with my teenagers. Your company is lucky to have him. Returning with water he served our water and spilled some on floor, thought it was part of a show. We love red robin..yumm

Went there for a dinner date with my husband and our server was bad!! Took him a while to greet us and then after our food came to our table by another server he was never around to fill drinks or fries or anything. There was an argument/fight that broke out between the tables next to us and that was an embarrassment for not only the people involved but for the other guest sitting around us. This is the second time we have been there and both times were very disappointing.
Enjoyed the Banzi burger. Huge, cut it in 4th. Always filling. And the artichoke dip and chips, was huge bowl. Plus when I asked for cherry coke, I get cherries on top and mmm grenadine cherry syrup.
