Came here to celebrate my son and nephews 4th birthday last night, we had a big party with a lot of very active kids! We were treated amazing, our waiter Adam was amazing and was very patient and kind to us even when our party got loud and kids got crazy! I really appreciate you guys helping us give our boys a great birthday experience! I love your birthday song!!!!
45+ minutes for a simple cheeseburger and the waitress has the audacity to say she forgot our order.
Went there for my birthday burger, which was great, but when I ordered a root beer float, they gave me a huge mug of ice cream without root beer in it and said they'd bring me some from the back (because they ran out at the bar where I was sitting). I didn't mind waiting, but when the waitress brought me a huge glass of root beer and told me to "enjoy", I don't know what she was referring to because dumping half of my delicious root beer down the side of the giant ice cream mug wasn't very enjoyable...not to mention how much... read more
Super friendly staff and quick service. The appetizer selection was great and totally fell in love with a new way to eat French fries.
Food and service were really good. Although, it would be nice if there was a section for customers with small children and a section for others without children or with older kids. Was hard to have a conversation with the screaming babies at the 2 tables next to us. Just a thought :)
I go to this location all the time and it's usually really good at lunch, but today long story short red Robin had very bad service today and had to bring my burger back to the office to eat cause it took over 45 mins to get my food. Thats not even half of it, my burger was not even put my table ticket so I received 10+minutes after the rest of my yable. plus when I Went to eat my burger my bun and chicken was burnt.
