Extremely courteous and totally went out of their way to ensure my husband's service dog was taken care of as well. Totally appreciated it!!
I see and hear a lot of negative things about this location. I however have always been happy. Especially tonight, Ashley was amazing. We're a demanding family to please, and she didn't disappoint. Thanks Ash!!
As always, the food was amazing. Despite there being a "wait" (to be honest, it hardly seemed like much of a wait at all), I found the service to be fast, friendly and accurate (to order). But what truly made this visit better than ever was our server Audrey. She was always very fast, prompt, willing and courteous. She was on top of everything from the start and was, in my honest opinion, a model of customer service. Thank you Red Robin, and thank you Audrey for a memorable meal. I look forward to when I can come in again.
The best I know of. On veteran day they opened an hour early. Their staff is great.
