For sure need to check staffing issues. Hostess was super nice, waitress was nice when we actually got to see her, forgot a few items and we only seen her 3 times. Other times her and her coworkers were cleaning under tables and fixing them. Probably could be done after hours. Plenty of people came in looking around for someone who actually maybe working there. Just a mess!
Just went to dinner because that's were My little girl wanted for a birthday dinner.. Mark our waiter was great and we left and my 9 year old said that it was the best red robin's has been to.. will be back..
Worst service in my life went there for my bday today and almost everyone got something that they didnt even order and it they didnt fix it hardly even seen our waitress
Great service, as always. Got a free burger AND free ice cream for my birthday and had a great time. Oh and PJ is awesome. �����
