Smaller burgers and a VERY small portion of fries does not make return customers. Look up loyalty member 30384 0024 70444 and you will see we frequently enjoyed a great burger "back in the day" now your service is poor and the serving size is WAY less. I will not be returning and good luck to your marketing "experts" who came up with a "Micro order" of French fries, who are these rocket scientists? Quality and value mean something, even today. Good Bye.
WOW! Might I start out by saying this used to be my favorite restaurant. Key word: USED TO! I was very displeased with the service my family received. Long waits for refills on drinks, given a child portion rather than the adult meal that we requested, only brought parts of the meal and had to remind waitress for other parts. Manager came over to refill our drinks. Honestly food was mediocre.. Please consider giving this location a look over. Else we may not be back.
