Cold food. Then when was told that the manager would come and talk to us she did not. Won't be coming back and will everyone I know just what type of restaurant it is.
My son just arrived home on leave from the United States Air Force. He stopped in Marysville on his way home from the airport and ate at the Red Robin. He asked his waitress if they offered a military discount. She responded rudely that "no they didn't and she had never heard of anyone giving a military a discount." Apparently the Red Robin is not as proud of our military as I am. He also added that the food was horrible.
Food came out cold. Was told that my loyalty card was not valid, which I used it many times before. Customer service was poor.
I love my experience of going to Red Robin @SmokeyPoint WA.... from the moment you walk in the door until you leave, the staff, front hosts, waiters/waitresses, good cooks never disappoint! The only complaint I could ever have is the one in which the people working there never seem to get regular breaks as they deserve. Poor service and food was cold and awful Last 2 times, will not return
Great restaurant. Consistent good food. Red Robin is one of my favorites.
Service is bad, waiting for over 45 minutes and watching others get served before us who were seated after us and for their food before us. I would not recommend coming here to anyone even for a free burger.
We all had different items, Ii think we all enjoyed every thing. Thank you.Dale, Gail, Duane and Pam for the really great wedding gift.
Just had the worst experience at red robin ever! To many things to list here. Would love to talk to the manager but he was busy. We won't be going back
