Service slow, food late and not all together, drink did not taste right. And all this was with the place 1/2 empty!
Always come back for the Blue Ribbon sandwich. I'm never disappointed with this and most places don't do it is good. That is endless fries with campfire dipping sauce
The service was good, but the food was not. Last time I was there it was over four years ago and the food was fantastic. This time the fries were cold, the blta was bland tasting. My hubby was not impressed either. Probably will never go back and will not recommend it to others. With the cost of our meal for five people eating, it was not worth it at all.
Right now I'm sick as a dog because earlier today I tried the Prime Chophouse sandwich. The steak sauce was absolutely disgusting. Every one at my table agreed. It was supposed to have crispy onion fries but had sauted red onion (not fresh). The au jus was cold. The portion was small (thankfully) and the beef, if you want to call it that was like it was put through a meat grinder. I hate the limp pale fries. Should have walked out after waiting 20 minutes for someone to take drink order. Wasn't that busy on a Tuesday night. Had to go ask hostess if she could send someone to take our order. Crappy service, crappy management. Won't spend another dime there!
