Me and my wife met up earlier for a bite with her sister and we all got food poisoning. I have been there many times but today will be my last
Every time we go, we're increasingly disappointed in our food, and the service. Our order was wrong on our most recent visit. The fries, lukewarm. The server, too busy. We're less inclined to eat there again.
Worst service ever! We got no napkins or silverware, the call server wasn't working, nachos came out very cold. They said they'd take the nachos off since we didn't eat them and they did take off the $9 nachos but below tried to charge $4.50 for nachos also tried to charge us an entertainment fee though we didn't touch the games. It took 3x longer to get our $11 bill paid then it did to get our cold food
Always getting amazing service. Even when it's crowed Friday nights. Love their food. Always going back. Best burgers and most AMAZING shakes ever.
Was not impressed with the service tonight! Very slow and not the friendliness! Was there for a birthday so very disappointed!
Red Robin is one of my favorite places to eat at lunch. Love their soup and 1/2 sandwich combo. I tried the croissant sandwich this time and totally pleased with it along with the chicken tortilla soup. Sweet potato fries are always awesome! The veggie burger is another one of my favorites along with mojitos! Thank you!
Terribly slow understaffed nothing like it used to be. Unhappy. Will not return. Will not recommend to anyone.
This is one great place, The staff are incredible and every time I go in there I have a great time. So unless you're one of those entitled people who expect all the service to be on you the second you walk in, you will love this place too.
