I personally called in my order and spoke with a human to place my order. I also dealt with the same individual to pay for and pick up my order. Whilst I understand the restaurant is busy, I waited for my food far past the time it was supposed to be ready. Literally all of the modifications I requested were ignored, a complete side was missing, and the ones we have are cold. Service was bad, and food was under cooked. also took forever to come to our table. My daughter's food looked like it was reheated in a microwave. It was so dry. This review is for the Olympia Red Robin. There is excellent Red Robin restaurants, Tell Olympia one isn't one of them.
Worst service ever and they weren't even busy!
Normally my husband and I love Red Robin, but last night we had the rudest waiter we have ever experienced. I used to be a waitress 10 years ago, so we didn't even mind her horrible greeting time. She did have a larger party, so we didn't mind the wait at all. Once she got to the table her attitude was appalling. I have never had anyone treat us like that, and honestly if I was the manager I would not have her waiting on a single table any longer. Went today.....wait for a table was twenty minutes even though half the tables were empty. They were clearly under staffed. The service was slow, we got strawberry lemonade that had no strawberries and a strawberry daiquiri that clearly didn't have any alcohol in it.
