Our food took over 30 minutes from when we orders to when it was brought to us; by then, our food was cold. The children's food was burnt and cold as well. There were also many tables waiting to be cleared and a lot of other people waiting on tables, even when there were empty tables.
I always get great service here and the food is always good! I love the bottomless fries and campfire sauce! Sometimes it's really busy but the servers always do their best to speed things along! I have really not been disappointed with our servers. One in particular always has a smile and a good conversation.

Our server was super sweet, the food was great, fresh and hot, and came out really quickly. And my kid always enjoys the balloons.
After a horrible experience a month ago, I returned today to more of the same issues. I waited about 10 minutes without anyone checking in on our table. Other tables were greeted, drinks ordered and delivered, then food ordered. I left. I should have asked for a manager. I should have just went to the one in Lacey.
Our burgers were delicious and our server was friendly and efficient. great experience.
