We walked in and the wait was backed up which was totally fine so we got to our table our waitress says she will be right back to take our drink order we waited 25-30 mins waiting for her patiently then we ordered our drinks and got them after waiting 15mins then she took 20mins to come back and take our food order it took about 2-1/2 hours to get everything done with also our food was cold and was sitting in the window for ever and we had to get another waitress to get us our food and after that she never came back and we c... read more

our waiter was awesome. took good care of us. Everything was prompt. food was hot and excellent.
I wish I could say it was a great experience, but I can’t go that far. We ordered fried pickles as an appetizer and it came out in a basket that was half full. There was hardly anything in it. Noticed that with the fries as well. The food was good, and hot so that was great. It was a bit slow getting my beer from the bar, but otherwise it was a good visit. Maybe the waitress was hungry and wanted some fried pickles 🤷🏼♀️😂
Service has improved but there is still some room from improvement. Was told fries were coming three times and they never came. Waitress was friendly and frequent and food is consistently ok.
Been her over hour and a half only got drinks and kid meals and kid meals are cold and sloppy Lacey Red Robin would NEVER
