We had a terrible time at Red Robin last night. We waited forever for things we asked for, had to request napkins and it was not very busy. Very disappointing!
So I order a burger and sweet potato fries with spicy ketchup. They only fill the little cup up half way and it’s not the spicy ketchup. Then the bill comes and you pay xtra for sauces and having the sweet potato fries instead of the regular fries. Before we get our food I decided I’d play a game on their little kiosk thing at the table. We get the bill and it says I have to pay $1.99 for the game. Bathrooms are very dirty. Faucets not working. Burgers weren't great this day.
1st visit to Red Robin. Visiting from California. Excellent service and food. We will be visiting agin before we leave back home!!👏👏👏👏
The hostess isn’t very motivated and wears a nose ring! Wrong! Unappealing in a restaurant. Our waitress was wonderful, polite, very attentive to not just our needs but other customers as well. However, the young lady serving our appetizer was a bit gruff especially when I had her take away a dirty plate that obviously had greasy food with a fingerprint on it in middle of the plate,later she brought our food and walked by putting mine down rudely and not acknowledging and kept walking. I had the fish & chips and the fish was so oily I could barely eat it. The fish was good, but the oil dripped out of every piece. Had to keep a napkin under it.
Food was Awsome. It was a little cold so bring a jacket. Service was excellent.
It took to long waiting for food and I wish that your employe go faster
